Canadian Car & Foundry delivered 30 Brill T48A trolley coaches to the HSR in 1951 numbered 721 to 750 inclusive. Trolley 729, serial 8254, is about to depart from the west end of the trolley coach system, near the Hamilton City Hall, on January 21, 1973. In May of that same year, 729 was retired with its electrical gear being refurbished for installation a new Flyer trolley coach.
