Work is under way to double track the streetcar line through downtown Berlin (later Kitchener) in 1910. This scene is looking east from Queen Street. Cars operated on the temporary line on the right while new tracks were installed in the centre of the street. A Preston & Berlin Railway interurban car is seen in front of the Berlin Post Office.
