December 26, 2000 was the last day the Di3 locomotives were in normal service. Trains 2302 and 2303 were the last to be operated with Di3 locomotives. Four locomotives are donated to the railways in Kosovo (see below for details). In the short term some locomotives will be stationed along the Bergensbanen and Nordlandsbanen.
