To the Doniphan Branch Railway

Retired in the City Park on the west side of Arthur, Illinois is MP 13516.
It's setup nice with a flashing crossing sign shown in this November 8, 2001 shot.
It's been painted a dark red by a local painter with their sticker on the other side.
The UP shield is painted on and the bars on the windows have been added.
While not looking like a MP caboose, it is in a good setting in need of a face lift.
