Somewhere in this world, there still exists at least
one or two US&S DW flagmen in regular service. Although the last DW's
disappeared in The States back in the 80's, there are still a few hanging
on in Chile - South America. John Ingham was in Chile recently and captured
this image in San Felipe (about 50-100 miles north of Santiago).
