| Located at the Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton, this model railroad club has a modified wigwag at their entrance. I used to belong to this club back in the early '80's, and as I remember, club member Dale Jackson, who was a signal maintainer for SP at the time acquired this and a few dwarf semaphores from the Oakland Mole some years ago. The club displays their O and HO scale layouts during the County Fair during the summer and may have a few other open house dates. |
This wigwag is located at
the entrance to the club. Most of the mast has been
removed and a rubber hose
(painted white) has been applied to the edge of the banner to
prevent anyone from getting
sliced when it operates.
