One of the newest features to Dave's layout is this
cascading waterfall. The realism is remarkable and blends
right into the existing scenery.
Here's a good close up shot of the coal dump at the far
center end of the layout.
This HO Light and Power Co. by Korber is quite
suitable to "S" and found on many and S scale pike. Dave
uses the HO version. There is also an O scale version
that other S gaugers will use. Dave said that he had a
good deal of difficulty fitting the windows on the HO
kit. The kit is also made of resin and builders should be
cautioned to work in a well ventilated area and/or wear a
respirator when filing or sanding resin parts.
Nevertheless, this is an outstanding building,and fits
nicely on an S scale pike.
