A model of a NH covered gondola. The prototype carried rolls of brass sheet for Scovil Co. in Waterbury, CT. I think Bob said there were 15 cars on the New Haven. The model is kitbashed from an American Models gondola. The roof sections came from a boxcar kit (Bob didn't say, but I'd guess a PRS 50' was the source). Bob added the lifting eyes, grab irons and other details.

 

A coaling dock, probably based on the old MR article on the White River Jct, VT structure. A Rex dockside shoves some hoppers underneath.

 

Bob's own depressed center flat that was covered earlier--see page 4. Bob has added a load based on a photo of the prototype car. The building behind the car will become a GE plant for this car to service.
