The following photos were taken in May, 2004. They show the original Mt. Carmel station structures that are still remaining just off Whitney Avenue in Hamden.
This appears to have been the main freight station in Mt. Carmel. The view is to the north into Hamden.
This is another view of two of the remaining structures. The view is to the north toward Hamden.
The Farmington Canal Line recreational trail is in the foreground.
