Units #6000-6024 (DRF-30u) were delivered between October 1980 and March 1981, in the CP Rail Small Multimark scheme. Units #6025-6054 (DRF-30v) were delivered between December, 1982 and September, 1983. Like previous groups, these units also received the Small Multimark livery. The last group of new SD40-2 units was #6055-6069 (DRF-30w), delivered between November 1984 and January 1985, also painted in the CP Rail Small Multimark scheme. Units #6070-6080 were renumbered in 1989 from units in the #5837-5859 group.
