Note
Early room availability on the day of arrival cannot be guaranteed, but the hotel will gladly store baggage until rooms are available. The Convention rate will be honored up to one week prior and one week after the Convention dates. All individuals when making their reservations must guarantee their reservation with either a major credit card or one nights deposit prior to their arrival. Any guest who does not show up for their guaranteed reservation and does not cancel their reservation prior to 6:00pm one day prior to their arrival, will be assessed a fee of (1) night's room and tax to their guaranteed method. To obtain the Convention rate you must make your reservation by September 27, 2005. Reservations received by the hotel after September 27 will be accepted on a space available basis at the prevailing rate. Guest rooms are subject to 6% occupancy tax and 7% state sales tax. | ||||
