I drove into Colfax and saw the ex Soo Line Mainline and then spotted the reason I drove into this town.
The Colfax Railroad Museum is housed in this ex Soo Line Sandstone Station Building in Colfax, Wisconsin. The museum was closed when I arrived but through the windows I could see the large collection of lanterns and railroad china that they have collected through the years. I will now start my outside picture taking as the thunder claps could be heard.

Logging Camp Car. This was my last railroad stop of the day and I drove the last fifty miles into Hudson, Wisconsin. I stopped at KFC for the Buffet Dinner then checked into the Best Western Hudson House for the night. My last full day in Wisconsin had been a great one.
