The Barstow Flyer Part 2

Passing through Cajon there was disappointment among the passengers when they realized we wouldn't be going around Sullivan's Curve this late morning.

Our train curved then ran across Drawbar Flats.





It then passed under CA Highway 138.

Three views of Summit. I was asked to leave the rear platform so I took one last picture before leaving.





The train took a curve descending the east side of Cajon Pass and I headed back into the train to find a new location to take pictures for this story.
