We are dedicating the La Plata Spring Railfan Event 2015 to the memory of Winston Walker. We wish you were here with us and you are truly missed. This morning I arosep and fixed the missing picture from my Train Festival 2011 story and I felt great. I went to the lobby and watched the Weather Channel and decided we needed to head east to avoid any rain. Jim Choiniere and John Green agreed and soon the three of us were driving east to Medill. We were stopped by an eastbound train at Rutledge but were soon were turning west off the highway taking the worst dirt road of the trip to get to West Medill, a new photo location for me.
