4/11/2014 I arose the Pullman Suite and had breakfast in the lobby after another good night's sleep in La Plata. Since I was solo today I could do whatever I wanted so drove out to the old Cardy Road crossing which you now get access via Helium Road from Missouri Highway 3. I parked the rental car and did not have long to wait.

BNSF 7197 East. From here I headed over to Hilton Road.
An Amish buggy. I parked the car at the grade crossing and walked up Hanover Street to a new photo location.
BNSF 4619 East took the curve just east of Hilton Road.
Union Pacific 7439 East came to a stop in front of me.
BNSF 920 West passed UP 7439 East stopped at Hilton Road. At this point I moved to the Iceberg Ave grade crossing where I saw BNSF 4619 stopped for the La Plata crossovers.

With BNSF 4619 East not moving, I decided to move out to the old bridge west of Gibbs to photograph trains.
