Athearn Kit Bashed Bay Window Caboose.  This is my second C-23 class caboose (C-2899 is the other).  Check out the tips page to see how this was done.  This one represents a car that was painted into the Chessie scheme, but not yet renumbered into the 90XXXX series, which was done in 1982.
