Athearn B&O C-23 Caboose.  This is a custom made caboose from the much larger Athearn Bay Window Caboose kit.  I have a whole page on this project.  It is a complicated project that is not easily explained here.  See the tips page for more info.  This is now a fairly accurate model of a typical older steel B&O caboose.  Lots of these cabooses rode the rails for the Chessie System.
