Accurail 40 ft smooth sided boxcar. This is a great little boxcar
with excellent lettering. It is an easy one night project.
I simply assembled it by the instructions, streaked some rust colored paint
over the bright white letters to give it the appearance of age. Also
applied a ink and alcohol wash to the roof. I drybrushed the roof
rust colored and white after the ink was dry. Add some road grime
along the bottom and paint the wheels rust color and you are done.
A great project. These pics show both sides of the model.
