Mission

The American Passenger Rail Heritage Foundation (APRHF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to preserve and promote the role that passenger rail played in the building of this nation.

And,
to establish, expand, and maintain an educational exhibition featuring the history of passenger rail in America.

Your tax-deductible contribution as a member will bring us closer to our goal of constructing and maintaining the National Passenger Rail Center and support our ongoing work to preserve passenger train history.

Membership Levels

Attendant -

This level will get you on the Silver Rails Country e-newsletter list and on the APRHF quarterly e-newsletter so you can keep up with what is going on with this organization. You will be eligible for special promotions as they become available.

Attendant $10 per year

Coach -

This membership is for those who want to not only be a member, but have the opportunity to experience what the APRHF has to offer first hand. You will receive everything in the Attendant level PLUS up to date announcements via email, membership cards, free admission to the annual APRHF Model Train Show ( Our annual fundraiser) and a 25% discount on any standard room when you stay at the Depot Inn & Suites in LaPlata, Missouri.

Coach $40 per year

Pullman -

This membership is for those who want to not only be a member but have the opportunity to experience what the APRHF has to offer first hand in style. You will receive everything in the Coach level PLUS a 25% discount on any standard room or suite when you stay at the Depot Inn & Suites in LaPlata, Missouri. You will also receive a one of a kind poster of the Amtrak system as a subway map. This is a very unique item that is exclusive to the APRHF Silver Rails Shop.

Pullman $65 per year

Engineer -

This membership is for those that are on the go and want to be in the drivers seat. You get all the great benefits of the Pullman membership plus get the added benefits of the North American Reciprocal Museums program. With the Engineer Level you get free / member admission to more than 480 museums across North America that are in the North American Reciprocal Museums program during regular museum hours, plus member discounts at museum shops, and discounts on concert / lecture tickets. Engineer $120 per year


If you would rather spread your payment out over the entire year for the Engineer Membership Level you can pay in 12 easy monthly installments of $10 per month. Benefits of Engineer Level are provided immediately but you are required to continue payments for the first 12 months:

Engineer $10 per month

Conductor

$1000 and up one time donation (Monitary or Material Donation). This membership includes everything the Engineer membership does with the exception of the 25% discount when you stay at the Depot Inn & Suites. Instead, you get a free night any time you stay another night. Material donations will be subject to review by the APRHF staff. This membership does not need to be renewed and is transferrable to a spouse or child.

Conductor $1000 One Time
