B.S.G. SWAP MEET RULES
PARKING & UNLOADING - ENTER GATE 3
You may park on the west side of the 4-H building to unload. Go through large
doors unless weather is bad - then use doors to the right of these.
2. SET UP TIME
You may set up anytime after 6:00 AM. You will be assigned a table or tables,
which are yours for the season. If you cannot make any of the shows please call
me ahead of time - no later than the Saturday night before. Please be set up no
later than 8:30 AM. If you need assistance, check the sign-up sheet at Hall
entrance. If you fail to call me, your table will be reassigned to another party
for that day. Failure to do this may also mean the loss of your table(s) for the
season.
PACKING UP
The show will run from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Please do not pack up any earlier
than 12:45 PM. Your cooperation will be appreciated. Remember this is your show,
so lets make it a good one. If you have any questions on this matter, please
