We waited at Ivanpah
for nearly 20 minutes before the first of the two meets occurred. In the
meantime I had learned that the second westbound was going to meet the
same two trains at Moore, where we just left and that they were a coal
drag with an SP unit up front. The day just kept getting better! The first
train finally appeared coming into Brant, the siding ahead of us, and we
watched it descend the hill. It was the ZLADV6 with the UP 4403 up front.
