The wide open rolling plains of central Utah are fun to watch trains in, but it sure is lonely out here.
Slideshow Narration
I met just a few trains on the way home, including this one at Jericho Jct, and then a few more at Milford, UT, a crew change location. From there the tracks follow the dirt roads and I was looking to get home since the traffic was pretty light anyway. One train in 200 rail miles? It was time to go.
