UP 4121
UP 4121 sits still in the center siding at Echo, UT. This train was waiting for a helper crew to rescue it.

So I got to Echo still not entirely sure why there was a back-up. It soon became
apparent the causes. First this is double track land and from here at Echo
eastward there was a tie gang doing a major replacement job on the north rail,
the typical eastbound track. So one track out of service which was the first
problem; the second was the stalled stack sitting in the center siding at Echo,
which for some reason couldn't be run around by the following eastbounds. I
never looked to see if it was hanging out of the west end of the siding, but
whatever the reason, everyone was waiting for them to be rescued by a helper
