Panhandle Northern Railroad operates about 31 miles of track from Panhandle to Borger, Texas.  PNR is 1 of about 3 dozen railroads affiliated with OmniTRAX (OMLX).   They serve the nation’s largest inland petrochemical complex at Borger, TX, and interchange with BNSF at Panhandle.
