Oregon's offering to the Lewis & Clark bicentennial commemoration was the Lewis & Clark Explorer.  Created on 2003 by the Oregon DOT Rail Division, the train ran between Portland and Astoria, OR, through the end of 2005.  The train was mentioned in October 2005 TRAINS.
