Toy State industrial is a Hong Kong based toy manufacturer that is still in business. In the mid 1990's, they introduced a series of train sets under the "Iron Diesel" and "Old Timer" names. These trains were roughly 'S' Scale and could be used as both floor trains and on-track trains. The diesel locomotive was patterned after an EMD F40PH, and the steam locomotive wheel arrangement is a bit ambiguous. Toy state also had a line of Christmas 'G' Scale sets. Toy State currently manufactures 2 different sized train sets under the "Cat Construction Express" name.
