AARRT&HA POLICY ON CHECKS AND FINANCIAL REPORTS
Checks will only be one signature, with the Treasurer being the person expected to sign checks.
No checks will be written without either written or Webmail authorization of the President, or in his absence, the Vice President.
In the event that the Treasurer cannot contact either the President or Vice President, the Treasurer is authorized to write a check up to $300 for an expenditure, which requires an immediate check, provided that the Treasurer subsequently obtains the necessary authorization.
The Treasurer shall provide bank statements, a report of income and individual expenditures, as well as a financial summary, at each meeting of the Board of Directors.
The Treasurer shall not write checks to himself, but shall present bills to the President for any reimbursements to the Treasurer, and the President shall sign the check.
