The nominations process for officers and Board of Directors members is open once again.  All officer positions are open each year, along with three of the Board of Directors positions.  Any member who has been a member in good standing for a least one can nominate him or herself for the Board of Directors positions or for Vice President or Secretary-Treasurer.  Candidates for president must have served at least one year on the Board of Directors.  The term of office for officers is one year, and the term of office for members of the Board of Directors is for two years, and the election is held at the Annual Meeting.
