42nd Annual Meeting
10:00 A.M. at Durand Union Station
The presentations this year will be from a representative of WATCO’s Ann Arbor Railroad, Kris Foondle and Craig Wilson and modeling the carferries.
During the business meeting we will be nominating and electing persons for the offices of president, vice president, secretary-treasurer, and four Board of Director positions. Most of the officer incumbents are running for re-election and there are five nominees for the four Board of Director positions. Technically all positions are "open," so nominations from the floor are also permitted. Qualifications for president require prior membership on the Board of Directors. Qualifications for all other positions require at least one year of membership in the organization. There will be no lunch this year as catering costs have become prohibitively expensive. Instead, we will conclude the meeting around 1 p. m. so members can get lunch on their own
