ACY order #3365 6-30-1904 two(2) combination passenger and mail cars to be build at St. Charles car works.
April 27, 1906, The Saint Louis Car Company is building two cars for use on this road for delivery on July 1. These will be owned by the American Palace Car Company and are quite similar to the private car Columbia as described in the Railway Age of November 3, 1905.
April 27, 1906 Ann Arbor RR has under construction two 65-foot combination mail and passenger cars, at Owosso shops.

1914 Tax case shows that two(2) sleeper cars were leased from Pullman Company for three(3) months each year of use.
1946, All the head passenger train cars of this company are equipped with small end door each end to permit passage from one car to another, and with electric generators.
Coach #1146 is equipped with vestibules, electric generator, 2 flush toilets and wash bowl with over head tank, cold water only.

Owosso Times May 23, 1890, reported a mail-express car had postal car had postal section enlarged to handle 2 clerks, it was inspected by Superintendent of Post dept. and pronounced it best in state.

The Ann Arbor Railroad is repainting its passenger coaches to conform to the Wabash standard, light brown with red window frames. The word Ann Arbor alone is used to designate ownership, R. R. or Railroad in each case being cut off.
