OPERATING BULLETIN NO. 115

ALL CONCERNED:
Effective 4:00 P.M., October 10, 1980 a new connection track between N&W and DTSL is placed in service at Manhattan Junction, Toledo, Ohio.

Access to this track is through a new switch located at extreme south end of Ann Arbor Yard at Manhattan interlocking.  Normal position of this switch will be lined for DTSL connection.  Movement over the new connection will be under the jurisdiction of the Yardmaster at Front Street when on duty.  When no Yardmaster is on duty at Front Street, jurisdiction will be under the Yardmaster at Homestead Yard.

Movements over the new connection will be made at restricted speed.

The following signal, located at the south end of the new connection, governs movement through Manhattan interlocking.  When a stop and stay signal is received, a crew member will contact the operator at Manhattan Tower by ringing one long and two shorts on telephone located across Ann Arbor tracks from the new switch.
