Effective 12:01 P.M. Wednesday, July 8, 1964 flashers at North Territorial Road, Mile Post 53.19 will be placed in service.  Westward starting circuit is located 2077 feet East of crossing and the Eastward starting circuit is located 2070 feet west of crossing.

Be governed accordingly.
