ALL CONCERNED:

 

Effective 12:01 p.m. May 28, 1965, flashing light signals Williams Street, Ann Arbor, Michigan, will be put in service.

 

Approach circuits for this flasher start 880 feet each side of crossing.

 

Due to this change from wig-wag signal to flashing light signal at Williams Street, should train or yard engine stop just after going over crossing, any reverse moves from either direction over Ashley, Jefferson or Williams Streets, must not be made unless protected by flagman.

 

Be governed accordingly.
