ALL CONCERN:

Station at Elise will be closed as agency and for LCL freight after Monday, April 4.

Carload freight to be handled on prepay basis except for patrons who are on approved credit list.  Billing for Elise to be handled at Ashley, except for patrons, such as Carland, who may prefer to handle through Owosso.

Be governed accordingly.
