TO ALL CONCERNED:

Effective 12:00 Noon, Friday, July 22, 1983, the Ann Arbor Wye Track at Hallet, Ohio will be connected into the Main Track with a new hand-throw turnout with the point of the switch trailing for movement Direction 'A', located at a point 116 feet Direction 'B' from the point of switch to the Hallet DT&I Wye Switch and shown in heavy shading in sketch below.

Effective at the same time, that portion of the Hallet Passing Track located between the new connection above and the Stickney Avenue crossover is removed from service, as shown in dashed line in sketch below.
