Subject:   Telephone at new Conrail connecting track switch Ottawa Yard.

Instructions for use of phone located inside of box.

Conrail crews will obtain permission from Hallet Tower to use east lead and eastbound main tracks.

Connecting track and crossover track switches to eastbound main must be restored to normal position after use and Hallet Tower notified accordingly.
