Ann Arbor yard crews switching Ohio Blenders or Hausman Steel will make direct arrangements with towerman at Manhattan Jct. Interlocking by telephone or personal contact, as to movements and work to be done, probable length of time required, etc., so proper understanding between crew and tower man at Manhattan Jct. Interlocking will be had.

The tower man should also be kept informed when material changes in movement or length of track occupancy will be necessary, and in all cases when work has been completed and engine is ready to leave.
