Suject: Time Change 1st Sub Divison in Owosso.

Effective 2:00 A.M. Sunday, October 26, 1969, all standard clocks, and employee's watches on 1st sub divison, including Owosso, will be set back one (1) hour.  "At 2:00 A.M. time will be changed to 1:00 A.M."

This to conform with provisions of the Uniform Time Act of 1966.
