ALL CONCERNED:

Trains in picking up at Diann, when necessary to go to Dundee or Cement Plant, on returning to train the engine must clear eastward distant signal in order for flashers to operate on M-50 crossing on westward movement.

If engine does not clear eastward distant signal on returning to train, M-50 crossing must be flagged by man on ground before engine occupies crossing, making westward movement.

Be governed accordingly
