Account of heavy football travel Saturday, Nov. 19th, 1955 we will operate the following specials from Toledo and Milan: |
5 Specials from C&O at Galena St. |
Owosso will call 2 pilot engineers and 2 pilot conductors to report at the yard office, Owosso, 8:30 A.M. Saturday, Nov. 19th to deadhead to Milan to pilot trains Milan to Ferry and return. These pilots to report at Milan tower at 11:30 A.M. for orders and will deadhead to Owosso after returning to Milan. |
Toledo will call train engine crews for the following trains: |
1st Eng. & Tr. crew report at 8:10
A.M. - goes to Galena St. |
Conductors will pick up their train orders at Boulevard Tower. |
Flagging equipment and markers for Cherry St. train are in rear coach of train. |
Flagging equipment and markers on Galena St. trains will go through. |
Crews handling NYC trains Alexis and B&O train at Hallett will use markers and flagging equipment off their cabooses on these trains; flagging cans for these trains are at the yard office-Otawa Yards. Flagging cans to be returned to yard office after making trip. |
Steam lines are to be shut off and steam blown out westward after passing Pittsfield on all trains. Cherry St. train eastward will shut steam off and blow steam line out after passing Boulevard tower. |
Enter Ferry yard slowly and desired track for your train will be lined up for you. Be governed by signals from men on the ground. |
A supply of fusees and torpedoes is in the yard office at Ferry
if needed. |
