Interlocking in any circumstances that call for operation of TIME RELEASE
(located in Ann Arbor box at crossing) call C & O Dispatcher from telephone located in the box
and inquire if any C & O trains are closely approaching the crossing from
either direction BEFORE OPERATING THE TIME RELEASE knob.
If unable to
communicate with C & O Dispatcher, and there is no visible or audible indications
of approaching trains on C & O, proceed with operation of TIME RELEASE.
