ALL CONCERNED:

At 12:00 Noon, February 17, 1960, flashing light signals will be placed in service at Wilson Road, Bannister (1st road crossing west of Milepost 123).  Starting circuits are located 1848 feet from crossing in each direction.  Circuits cut out and operation of signal lights stop after movement passes over and clears crossing.

A cutout circuit has been installed 250 feet west of crossing to west end of circuit for eastward trains to do switching.  After this cutout circuit is occupied 3 minutes and 20 seconds, flashers will stop operating and will not start operating until circuit 250 feet west of crossing is reached.

Eastward trains stopping in this cutout circuit will upon proceeding restrict speed to 10 miles an hour until road crossing is reached.

Be governed accordingly.
