The Iconic Front Lobby Of The Depot Inn & Suites

When you check into a typical hotel, the front desk usually consists of a simple place to wait while you sign for and pay for your room. At the Depot Inn & Suites, you're welcomed to this world class hotel in a lobby that also doubles as a common area featuring tables (mostly used during breakfast but are available all day), along with a huge selection of railroad-related books available along with a pool table, couch, TV and even an ATCS monitor so you can see what trains are in the area. There's no place like it, check it out!

And here is the ticket office, er um, the front desk! Not only do you check in here, but you can also rent movies, purchase laundry supplies and get
information about the area from a member of the hotel's staff.

Yes, this is a railroad-themed hotel lobby, not to be confused (or maybe it should be) with a first class lounge!

Dining tables, a couple big couches and a pool table await you!

Who's up for a game of pool?

Just about anything you might want to know about Silver Rails Country can be found in these brochures located next to the front desk!

Excellent large-scale train inside the wall display next to the dining tables and the train photo place mats are another nice touch!

The camera located at the nearby La Plata Rail Lookout is broadcast 24/7 on the top TV monitor and the lower monitor
broadcasts the local ATCS Monitor showing train traffic in the area. OK, time to go swimming?
