Built by St. Louis Car in 1953 for the United States Army as an Army Ambulance Car and originally numbered 89541. Later owned by the Federal Railroad Administration and used as a track inspection car and numbered T6. Later to ownership of the State of North Carolina, the car was converted to a combine, renumbered 400102 and named "Haw River". Refurbished for the NCDOT by the Delaware Car Company into a Bag/Lounge/Vending/Bike car and renamed "Bogue Sound" and numbered 400205.
