North Carolina D.O.T. Coach #400013

Built by St. Louis Car in 1964 as a 45 seat coach for the Union Pacific Railroad and numbered 5528. Conveyed to Amtrak in 1971 and numbered 4568. Converted to Head-End Power from Steam Heat in August 1979 and renumbered 4613. Retired in June 2000 and eventually purchased by the State of North Carolina. Refurbished by the Delaware Car Company for the NCDOT and renumbered 4000013 and named "Fraser Fir".
