Built by Budd as a Parlor Car with revolving chairs in 1951 for the Pennsylvania Railroad and numbered 7143 and named "Molly Pitcher". Amtrak acquired the car from the Penn Central Railroad and renumbered it 3643. Converted to a Galley lounge car in 1973 and renumbered 3321. Converted to a cafeteria car and also underwent conversion to Head-End Power from Steam Heat in November 1983 and renumbered 8702.
