Built by Budd in 1954 for the Southern Pacific as a 44 seat coach and numbered 2366. Conveyed to Amtrak in 1971 and renumbered 4429. Converted to HEP in May 1981 and renumbered 4020. Converted to a Baggage/Mail car in January 1997 and renumbered 1727, renumbered to 1755 in June 2000. Car was stored dead as of July of 2009 and has since been re-activated as a Baggage Car.
