Built by Budd as a 44 seat coach for Southern Pacific Lines in 1950 and numbered 2365. Sold to the Texas & New Orleans Railroad in 1951 and numbered 438. Sold back to Southern Pacific in 1961 and renumbered 2226. Conveyed to Amtrak in 1971 and numbered 4413. Converted to Head-End Power from Steam Heat in March 1981 and renumbered 4016.
