Built as an Amclub with 18 club seats, snack bar and 23 coach seats in November 1975 and numbered 20111. Refurbished for Amtrak's "Inter-American" train with 8 four-place booths, snack bar and 17 lounge seats sometime between 1980 and 1981 and renumbered 28305.
