Built as an Amdinette with 8 four-place booths, snack bar and 23 coach seats in March 1977 and numbered 20233. Converted to a Full Dinette with 14 four-place booths and a snack bar in July 2003 and renumbered 28357. Trainline-equipped for push-pull operation in January 2010 and renumbered 43388. With its "Northeast Regional" branding, this car can be found on the Northeast Corridor as well as on Empire Service trains, and rarely on long-distance trains as well.
